New Hope Community Services Program

Court-ordered community service is performed through the NHCSA Community Alternative Sentencing (CAS) program, in which workers are interviewed and assigned to non-profit and governmental agencies to perform the hours required by the court. CAS applies to sentenced or non-sentenced offenders, in lieu of court fines, fees, or adult/restitution, jail, or probation. This program oversees court-ordered community service hours and reports back to the court the offender’s compliance and completion of court ordered community service hours.

NHCSA assigns clients to numerous non-profit organizations, churches, and senior citizens needing “free” help with daily tasks.
