The 2011 Festival of Tribute & Honor was a huge success. We at New Hope Community Services would like to thank all participants and honoree's of the 2011 America's Finest Festival of Tribute-Honor.
NHCSA, Inc. hosted America’s stellar event honoring America’s fallen heroes, veterans, military, firefighters, law enforcement officers & EMS. The grand festival spanned three-days of festivities to pay tribute and honor to our men and women in uniform who have dedicated their lives in service of their communities, state, and country.
The 2011 “Parade of Tribute-Honor” showcased 10,041 parade participants selected (from 9 states) to march in honor of America’s Finest. On September 11th, 2011, America remembered and honored those citizens that lost their lives during the 9/11 horrific tragedy in New York City. The 10th Anniversary brought much pomp and circumstance to honor the victims of the Twin Towers tragedy. The time has come when we as citizens need to recognize the dedicated service provided to us on a daily basis by these men and women in uniform, working in unified effort to maintain the rights and freedoms which we all enjoy daily, and protect each and every citizen on a daily basis.
NHCSA would like to thank MN Secretary of State Mark Ritchie for his exemplary support of our event, veterans & military personnel. Secretary Ritchie tirelessly attends many local and state events raising needed funding for many diverse & worthwhile charitable causes. We would like to thank the Armed Forces Network, US Army Reserve Media Staff, KSTP Television, WCCO Radio, and the Associated Press for providing media coverage of all three days of festival events held. KSTP has covered this Festival exceptionally well, Click here to view their article.
