Welcome
New Hope Community Services of America (NHCSA) is a not-for-profit organization within the provisions of the Internal Revenue Service Code 501(c)(3); founded by Frank Tagliano and Vietnam Veteran Edward Faina on January 1, 2005. In the beginning, New Hope Community Services of America focused on the needs of terminally ill children, battered men/women, a local food bank, and its “Christmas for Kids” Program.
In 2009, Frank Tagliano was given a “Certificate of Appreciation” and honored by the Mayor and City Council of Las Vegas, Nevada, for his tireless efforts, support and dedication towards the Hope Corridor Alliance. The Corridor of Hope Project provided a countless number of homeless and stranded individuals with much needed services to enable their return to society as productive citizens. Thus, the Ambassadors of Hope Inc. was founded and Mr. Tagliano wrote the Articles of Incorporation & Bylaws for the newly formed non-profit alliance organization.
Today, NHCSA encompasses the aforementioned programs and has expanded its focus to include educational and employment training and seminars, working in partnership with social service and non-profit organizations to end homelessness and provide veterans and clients with needed services.
NHCSA felt the need to honor our stellar performers: men/women in uniform, which includes veterans, armed forces, law enforcement officers, firefighters and emergency first responders.
Foremost, in 2010 New Hope Community Services of America produced a long overdue tribute to honor our fallen heroes, military, veterans, law enforcement officers, EMS, and firefighters. The 3-day tribute came to light September 16-18, 2011 in Minneapolis-Saint Paul, as the “2011 Inaugural America's Finest Festival of Tribute & Honor” paid homage, tribute, and honor to all fallen heroes (killed in the Line of Duty), military, veterans, law enforcement and peace officers, firefighters, and (EMS) emergency first responders.
We thank all of the exemplary Liaisons representing each of the honoree groups for their dedication and tireless service in making the 2011 America's Finest Festival of Tribute-Honor very successful and one to remember. The Parade of Tribute-Honor hosted 10,041 participants marching in honor of America's stellar performers. In 2012, representatives from all 50 states will be selected for participation and representation in the Grand Ten Day Celebration.
New Hope Community Services of America is headed by the Chairman of the Board with (3) Executive Officers and (5) Board Trustees. The day-to-day operations of NHCSA are under the control of the Chairman of the Board with the responsibility for the management and direction of all programs, activities, and affairs of the organization as well as supervision of the office staff.
On April 20th, 2011, New Hope Community Services of America Inc., received a "Certificate of Partnership" from Major General Thurgood, a 2 Star General from the US Army Reserve.
